Its pretty much salad with a side salad for almost every meal these garden days. I am so excited to have such an abundance right out of our own garden. We had last year off from gardening and I was elated to have sooo much garden space to play with this year with our new house. The garden grew three fold do to an excessive amount of dirt from a "project hole" that was dug last week (new gray water septic system). My next goal is to prepare greens for breakfast and not be the only one to indulge.
