tortilla chips

This is one of my fall projects with the kids to get in the holiday spirit of Halloween. They are soft tortilla cut outs using a fall cookie cutter motif and then baked in the oven to crisp them up. I would use more ghoulish cutters but the kids don't like ghosts and such, so I let them pick out the maple leaf, acorn, and apple. I chose spinach, whole grain and flour tortilla's for variety and color. I added a dash of salt before baking them for about 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees F. They love the hummus dip but it taste great with salsa too.

What temp? I have fried them but this is a great idea. Did you add anything else?
