Flowers and bees are everywhere and this my friends means spring is here! Blooms of Poppies and Cherry Trees are lining our neighborhood sidewalks. I think a flower study is in our weekly plan. Which includes a meandering walk and talk about flowers. The Vernal Equinox was this past weekend and the extended sunlight hours for our afternoons is wonderful. I wanted to celebrate this welcome of sunlight with the babes as a tradition but a rainy evening deterred my bonfire plan. Oh well there's always next year and we will definitely celebrate the summer solstice in a similar fashion.
