King Arthur has joined the chocolate world and introduced its double-dutch dark cocoa, cocoa rouge, black cocoa, and natural cocoa. I am dreaming of future recipes to make with these cocoa's. I am especially dreaming of the super dark and rich Dutch process dark cocoa for a dark chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Yum!
