My favorite thing to do with small tomatoes whether cherry or grape is to saute them with thin slices of zuchinni, garlic and red onions. Take your favorite slice of bread, drizzle with olive oil, top with Mozz cheese and broil. Pour sauteed items on top, chop fresh basil for top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. YUMMY!!
