pumpkin chocolate chip cookies recipe

One of my favorite fall desserts besides pies are these cookies. The mix of pumpkin, chocolate, cinnamon and walnuts dunked in an espresso is joyous. Fresh pumpkin is best but canned organic is usable for this recipe.
