I used my pressure cooker for the first time this year to preserve some cucs turned into some fine tasting dill pickles, all projection of course since I will not be tasting these for another 8 weeks. I bought my cucumbers at the Mckinlyville Farmers Market from the Willow Creek Farm stand and had just picked a bunch of dill the day the before. I used a new recipe found here and have high hopes. I am looking to use a glut of tomatoes next week for some homemade ketchup and marinara.
