chicken chronicles-coop painting party

A while back when we first got the girls we had a bit of a gathering in our backyard to help the kids paint the coop. The neighbor kids and our little B did quite the number on the coop. They took it one level further and painted the interior as well just like the beautiful outside. There was total creative freedom on this project. It is a groovy non-toxic water based paint so nature has added some glory to the coop every time it has rained. Its starting to look a bit "oozy" on the sides. The kids had a great time doing it and I don't think the girls mind their hippie hen house.
